Holstege mediation

Holstege mediation

If a mediation process can not go to court the mediator and partners agree on issues like consultation about the children, alimony, pecuniary settlement and pensions. The mediator will explain all options so you can make a proper decision together. The mediator makes a case file of all calls so you can properly, once the agreements reached by both parties and be able to read and, if necessary, can change or adjust yet. The mediator will separately talk to the children, should this be desirable and in the interests of the children.

All agreements made by you are ultimately included in an agreement, known as the divorce agreement, both signed by you. The divorce agreement is then sent with a brief petition for divorce to the court, without hearing the divorce will speak and both agreements made by you in the judgment will record. You do not need to go to court. This process takes about four to six weeks from the time of filing of the application.
